A small collection, managed properly

We started with one house and a simple view: a holiday home should feel like it belongs to someone who cares, not like a hotel room with a lockbox. That means good beds, real kitchens, and a person who picks up when something isn't right.

Today we manage homes around Melbourne — Berwick and the south east, Craigieburn and Mickleham in the north, and Vermont in the east — and the number grows a few each year as the right places come along.

We still list on the major platforms, because that's how a lot of guests find us. But this site is where we'd rather you book. It costs you less, it costs us less, and it means we talk to each other directly from the first message.
