Is it really cheaper to book on this site?

Yes. Listing platforms add a guest service fee of roughly 14 to 20 per cent at checkout. We don't. The total shown on our booking panel is the total you pay, and every home shows the platform-equivalent price so you can compare.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in and check-out times are shown on each home's page — typically from 3pm or 4pm, out by 10am. If the house is free the night before or after, we'll offer earlier arrival or a later departure at no cost — just ask.

How do I pay, and when?

We confirm your dates first, then send a secure payment link. A deposit holds the booking and the balance is due 30 days before arrival. Bookings inside 30 days are paid in full.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival with a full refund of anything paid. Between 30 and 14 days, 50 per cent is refunded. Inside 14 days the booking is non-refundable, though we'll always try to re-let the dates and refund you if we do.

Can we bring a dog?

Some of our homes allow pets and some don't. Each home's page lists its amenities and house rules, and pet-friendly homes can be filtered on the collection page. Tell us at booking so we can set up for your dog.

Do you take one-night bookings?

Minimum stays are set per home and per date, and the booking panel will tell you if your dates are shorter than the minimum. Over long weekends and public holidays the minimum is usually longer. If a single orphan night appears between bookings, message us — we often release it.

Is there a security deposit?

We don't hold a cash bond. A small damage waiver is included in every booking instead, which covers accidental damage up to a set amount. Deliberate damage or missing items are still chargeable.

What's provided at the house?

Linen, towels, tea and coffee, basic pantry staples, hand and dish soap, and a starter supply of toilet paper. Kitchens are full-sized, and every home has a washing machine and off-street parking.
