Booking one house for ten people, without the arguments
Most of our homes sleep eight to ten. Here is how we set them up for two families, a reunion or a wedding party.
A group stay works when nobody has to negotiate for a bathroom or a quiet corner. That is why our Berwick, Craigieburn and Mickleham homes are all four and five bedroom houses with at least two bathrooms, open living areas and outdoor space that works in summer.
Split the bedrooms before you arrive, not at the door. Tell us your group at booking — how many adults, how many children, whether anyone needs a ground-floor room — and we will send back the bed layout so you can allocate rooms on the drive over.
Cook one big meal rather than eating out every night. The kitchens are full-sized with real ovens, and there is a supermarket within a few minutes of each home. A grocery run on arrival costs less than one dinner out for ten.
We do not allow parties or events, and quiet hours from 10pm are non-negotiable out of respect for the neighbours. Everything else — a birthday cake on the bench, extra travel cots, an early check-in when the calendar is clear — just ask.
