The neighbourhood

No Pets allowed in the property.
Absolutely NO SMOKING within the house. There will be a substantial additional cleaning fee to remove odors and stains.
Check-Out times are strict to accommodate the cleaning prior to next guest arrival. If you need to extend your stay, please notify in advance.
Lost keys need to be reported and there is a fee of $250 for replacement. Guests shall not change the lock or key under any circumstances.
